The Club Restaurant - Udon Bowl

This udon bowl is a special and only available on Wednesdays at the Club Restaurant, which is a restaurant attached to a golf center.  This has a grilled salmon on top along with a dashi broth, enoki mushrooms, and snow peas for $18.  The salmon, while being very large and tasty, just didn't really go with the broth, in my opinion.  The broth was ok, a little on the sweeter side for my taste.  I think the issue was the udon; it was mushy and not at all al dente and springy, like most other udon.  It seemed like it was soaking in the broth all day in the kitchen.  I would not order this again.
