Masa Sushi - Niku Udon

This is a very basic bowl of udon with niku (beef) but I enjoy its simplicity.  The broth tastes really good and doesn't have an overwhelming seafood taste that occurs sometimes when the broth has too much dashi in it.  I am sad about the lack of fishcakes in it, as only green onions accompany the udon here at this restaurant.  The noodles are firm and chewy and the beef is cooked to perfection.  This is my go-to udon bowl when I decide to eat something different than the high quality sushi at this restaurant.
