Instant Ramen Review - Kim Ve Wong Dah Wei Wang Beef Flavor

Another bowl donated by my friend Kevin N.

This bowl is made from the same company as my last post and I have to say I enjoyed it just as much.  The broth was rich with a strong beefy flavor and a hint of spice.  In the packet containing the dehydrated vegetables, there were green onions, carrots, tofu skins, and diced red chili peppers, which upped the spice level of the entire dish.  And it wasn't an overpowering heat - it was a flavorful heat.  The beef flavor was extremely tasty as well.

The three packets consisted of the dehydrated vegetables, seasoning packet, and a thick orange and black substance, which I assume was the hot oil.  The oil was very thick initially but I warmed it up with my hands to loosen it up a bit and allowed me to pour it in the bowl with more ease.
