Onion Soy Sauce Ramen - Umai Crate

This was a decent bowl of shoyu (soy sauce) broth that had dried roasted onions included in one of the packs as well.  Some of the dried onions were kind of hard like they didn't reconstitute in the water properly.  They did lend the broth a slight oniony taste though.

With this bowl, I added some pork belly and some fresh sauteed onion.  I added some balsamic vinegar to the onions in the pan to give it a little glaze and tang.  I'm not a huge onion fan but I do like onions made this way.
