Umaitsuyu Salt Off Kitsune Udon - Umai Crate
Another "healthier" type of instant noodle because this one is low-sodium, advertising a 30% decrease of salt than standard noodles. Kitsune udon means "fox udon" in Japanese because there is a folktale that talks about how a fox enjoys eating fried tofu. Which makes sense because fried tofu (or abura-age) is included as a topping in this cup, along with green onions and bits of egg.
I added some surimi to add an extra punch of protein and seafood as well as corn and more green onions. This had a 3-minute cook time. The entire thing was very tasty and because it was in a cup form, it was easy to take to work and eat for lunch. This was from Umai Crate.
Like cup o' noodles, but better
