Hello Fresh - Pork and Noodle Soup Bowls

I subscribe to one of those meal delivery services where they send you the ingredients and you cook the meal.  This pork and noodle soup bowl is from Hello Fresh - a service I have used for approximately 3 years so far.  This bowl was filled with kale and ginger and was quite a satisfying meal, even with the kale, which I normally despise.  I usually find the bitterness of kale off-putting but when it was simmered in the broth, it lost a lot of that harshness that I normally associate with kale.

The noodles were yakisoba noodles, which was a nice change of pace from the udon noodles that Hello Fresh usually packages into their Asian-style noodle dishes.  They don't do repeats of their meals that often, but I hope this one comes up again.
