Prime Rib Ramen
My family has a tradition (like some do) of eating prime rib on Christmas. One of my favorite things after Christmas is to chop up the leftover prime rib, heat up a little of the au jus broth, and making a bowl of beefy noodles. While not a ramen per say, I used Shin Ramyun instant noodles for the noodle part and just went to town on this delicious bowl. I threw away the flavor packet, but used the dehydrated vegetable packet as well as throwing in some spinach I had lying around to make a wee bit more "healthy". The extreme beef flavor is out of this world! It is so delicious!
