Uchiwa Ramen - Tonkotsu

With extra chashu, obviously.  No hot chili oil this time as last time, I used too much of it and was literally crying due to the spice level.  The chashu was tender and broke apart easily and the egg was perfect.  $12 for the bowl, $2 for the extra meat = $14
