Tanuki Oyaji Tonkotsu Ramen
I got this packet from the now-defunct Japan Crate, a noodle subscription service from Japan that delivered curated ramen to my house. This was a pork (tonkotsu)-based broth that was quite delicious. It came with one seasoning packet and had a 3 min cook time. The seasoning packet didn’t have any dehydrated vegetables so I added some using my Ramen Bae package (more on that in another post). I also topped the ramen with some pork belly to add to the porkiness of the broth, a soft-boiled egg, and green onions.

Look at the cute…bear?
