Soy Sauce Mazeman - Sun Noodle

This was another limited release from Sun Noodle for $4.99 for two servings.  Mazeman (Japanese for "mixed noodles) is a ramen without any broth and instead is served with a tare, or sauce, mixed into it.  The sauce is made from a dashi/soy sauce base and is salty and delicious while the noodles are thick and chewy.  

I topped my bowl of mazeman with some sliced shiitake mushrooms, a soft-boiled egg, marinated bamboo shoots, pork belly, and green onions.  Another great offering from Sun Noodle.
