Shrimp Flavor Seafood Ramen - Umai Crate

This is an instant ramen bowl from the fine people at Umai Crate, a subscription service that sends Japanese ramen to your house.  This one is labeled as a Shrimp Flavor Seafood Ramen.  It came with one seasoning packet and after 3 minutes of cook time, it was ready to consume.  Included in the single seasoning packet were seaweed and dried shrimp bits, which gave the broth a nice seafood flavor.  I added additional nori seaweed, chopped up some green onions, and threw them on top to complete the noodle cup.  As mentioned above, the broth had delicious seafood notes and the noodles were chewy.  All in all, a nice lunch.
